I've had a Magnorail bicycle setup for several years. I only run bicycles on the track. I have two medium motors and 8 bicyclists. In the early days of my layout all bicyclists would properly move their legs. However, for the last few years some bicyclists move their legs and some don't. It is evenly a problem between bikes I put together and those I bought pre-assembled.

Does anyone have any sure fired tricks that will work?

Thank you

I would try cleaning them with canned air, and or using a very light plastic safe oil like Hetman synthetic bearing and linkage rotary valve lubricant for musical instruments. i use it on plastic coupler guides, etc. with excellent results. Amazon has it. Otherwise, check if the tries are contacting the r trail/road beds.
