Just watched this episode. I'm glad that Z-scale is getting good focus after a few quiet years.
Near the beginnig when talking about the Reingold anniversary, I saw an ICE3 displayed with magnetic couplers. Something new again for the kids? I hope so!

I don't see magnetic couplers.
The Rheingold is 1 gauge, the ICE lookalike is 2m gauge (LGB).

The are showing how 120 112 was decorated with the Märklin My World ad.
Models will come in H0, N, and Z (that's what they say - no information when).
And part 2 of the series showing the way from prototype sound recordings to the mSD sound project.

Time will tell.
Could be a 2012 Insider Model, a 2012 Fall New Item, or a 2013 Trade Fair New Item ...
Speculation already discussed here:

And since today they show episode 49 in German: they show the new Insider model BR 56.2-8, introduce the Märklin Kids Club and show pictures from the long night at the Märklin museum.

Hi,
The wagon loads to accompany the BR 56.2 are a little different.
They look good on the video.
The sliding roof wagon end platform railings appear to be made of plastic. A bit flimsy? The standard Marklin sliding roof wagon has metal end railings. I wonder what the production will be? I have asked Marklin Insider Club by email.
regards
Kimball

It seems that Firefox 15 has fixed the compatibility issues with the NetVideoHunter plugin that were broken in Firefox 14. That means I can download videos again!

Pål,
Have you considered getting a video download helper plug-in for your Internet browser?? I use one for Firefox. I can download them and other videos from the Internet, put them on a desktop computer that I use as a video server and then with the use of some media center software, I can watch them on my TVs.

Robert, I think Pål's problem is that he is not an Insider member, therefore he cannot log in to download the episodes.

I use NetvideoHunter plugin to Firefox to download videos. It works most of the time, but be aware that sometimes Youtube changes stuff which breaks NetvideoHunter.
