Dear Märklin friends,

I'm really in troubles with my 3092, K.Bay St.B.
I need to change replacing the Lichtkörper (Nr.: E231050).
I have taken off the chassis and I can see the Lichtkörper, but I don't know how to take it off from its place, because it seems all connected inside. Anyway, I cannot put here any link to a pic because I'ven't upgraded to ImageShack, but I can send you the pic at your private e-mail address, if someone needs that.
Hope you can help me!

Best regards
Stefano Rocca

Or simply use the option right by the forum 'post' button where it says " attach files to this post"

I had a look at a similar loco for you but I didn't go all the way as you'll have to take the risk I might be wrong.

You'll need to take the reverse unit out. That will reveal underneath another screw that will allow you to take out the front with the pistons and valves then you should be able to change it. After that follow the reverse procedure.
