Hi all! Just wondering if by any slim chance, someone out there in Marklin-wonderland might have couplings for a SET 800- 3011 Koll's version 2- 1956 or any parts for a DA 800- 3005?
I've tried ebay, but one seller doesn't take paypal or they are just too expensive. Please can anyone help!!

Hello,

I would try one contacting Maerklin directly at ersatzteile(at)maerklin.de

The other suggestion would be to contact a few of the bigger specialty hobby shops. I managed to find parts for my RET800/3014 and 3001 in Switzerland. I must admit that speaking German did help, but you can try a translation service like http://world.altavista.com if you keep the language basic.

I am looking for = Ich suche nach
Coupling = die Kupplung or die Kupplungen (pl)

here is one list of parts that I found:
3005: http://www.bahn-web.de/sehling/pages/w8.pdf

3011: http://www.bahn-web.de/sehling/pages/w14.pdf

Finding a used item on eBay and using it's parts to restore the one you already have is a cost effective way of keeping older loks running.

Good luck

Bahn,
I am also looking for parts for some of my vintage loks.
Look at ebay.de. I just bought some parts for my 3014 (overpriced) from modellbahn-wiesemeyer. You should also look at Ritter, www.ritter-restaurationen.de, he is on the "Links & downloads" page. Also if you are not in a hurry, sometimes small parts like this show up on ebay (mostly de not US) in my experience.
