Hi, can I ues a 6021 Control with it's 6001 transformer to run my track and a 32 VA transformer to run the signals and have both share a common ground? Kent in CA

Yes, with a qualification. Only connect the brown output from the MS (or CS for that matter) to the brown of the 32va transformer. Under NO circumstances do you connect the transformer supplying power to the MS (or CS) to any other transformer.

Check the manuals for these items, details are explained there.

Yes,
as said, no problems. With the 6021 it can't go wrong, but as there are nowadays also Mobile Stations and CSs out, it makes sense to have Bigdaddynz's habit. Which means, it's a good habit not to connect anything else to your 6001.

You can also do it with a non-Märklin 16 VAC transformer ... as I did for my Christmas Carpet Layout to feed lights (1 transformer) and turnouts (another transformer). wink

The answers is YES...

But,Marklin suggest that you shall using an own transformer for as feeder to digital,while analog functions with an own transformer.

But that to using like this,it´s must for the Marklin system...!!!

Marklin system is kind of another digitalsystem and more advanced than old motorola.
