A number of years ago I purchased some 6 foot by 4 foot display cases in clear plexi. The company seems to have disapeared. Does anyone have a source for HO train display cases?

What company was that, Stephen? I got one a year or so ago from a place in York PA. They used to make them for a distributor, but the distributor was going out of business and got me in ouch with the manufacturer. I can't remember the name right now but I will look them up when I get home tonight. Have you seen mine on another thread?

Stephen: Yes, I think that is where I went and they pointed me towards the manufacturer. They were a distributor. This is the place: http://www.customdisplaycases.com/train_cases.htm

Ikea have some cabinets of various types - might be worth a look? They do a very reasonably-priced upright cabinet roughly a foot square by around 5-6ft tall known as "Detolf" that has three glass shelves. I think they also do wall-mounted cabinets although I've not looked too closely at these.
