Joined: 16/10/2001(UTC) Posts: 793 Location: Pittsburgh,		I looked for HO 20 and 40 foot containers to either add to a container terminal or load on cars to make a long train.. I found out that Atheran used to do what, I believe, were the most prototipical HO models. I believe they are out of production but can be found here and there and also on e-bay. I bought a few and here are some pics: A detail of the "K-Line" container shows that the silver rods are attached separately, a very detailed feature.
		Era IV-VI --- "If you have brains* you love trains" or "When I grow up, I will play with trains"*

Joined: 07/08/2007(UTC) Posts: 320 Location: Cape Coral, FL		Mario, I have nearly two dozen Athearn containers, gathered over many years. Every once in a while I have a peek at Athearn.com and see lots of different containers, and chassis, and flat cars-w/containers on the site. But as we have seen elsewhere "Announced" does not always = "Available", so as you say we find them where we can . Keep on truckin'! Peace, Jim
