Hello,

I just recently won this nice O gauge train on Ebay. I have been searching for one for a while now.

Here is the link:

Comments welcome,
I will take pictures when it arrives.

Thanks,
Bill

Very nice!Don't know much about "O" or tin plate. Looks in good condition do you plan to run it or put it on the shelf.

Thanks everyone,

As you all know I am very picky with the prices of the trains.

I think I did well on this one.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill,

You may need collector insurance.

Hello everyone,

Today I received the train. I set it up, and cleaned the light dust off the cars. They look great! One car missing wheel but not too big of deal.

My favorite car is the Rheingold car which is actually quite rare as I have seen on the internet.

Here is the album:

Thanks for looking,

comments welcome,

Thank you....

I have not tested the engine but have been told it runs.

Anyone know a way to get 20V's without an appropriate transformer?

I only have HO scale transformers....

Thanks,
Bill

Hil Bill,

it should run on any H0-Scale 16VAC Transformer, but not as fast as possible. But bo not use "switch". The engine should change its direction any time you stop as far as it is no E/70....

Great! I will try that right now!

Thanks,
Bill

Just tested it! NO surprise, it still runs! Just had to spin the wheels a bit then it would run no problem at all. I could tell it needs a good servicing though. Very exciting.

Thanks, Bill
