Hello everyone,
Is anyone fammiliar with the Marklin O Gauge Kuhlwagen model number 1683? The one I am looking at has the original box with no lid and is in good condition.

Around $230-240 with box in this condition.

I am not an expert concerning gauge 0. But I have looked into my Wertanlage Märklin book. I could not find any mention of the above described car, but the same seller offers a couple of cars which are indeed described in this book ( the 1733 for example).

Nothing is told about the prices of these items, but the pictures are superb, and the details given are very valuable. Maybe you should get hold of this book and maybe also try to obtain a Schiffmann catalog, if you want to get into gauge 0.
