This may be old news (I only saw it a couple of days ago) but Marklin are promoting their service hotline in multiple languages.

Has anyone experience with the "English day" (Thursday) -
- do you use the same phone number ?
- is it really only for insiders ?

I have ring club few time in English the other days that English Thursday with not the phone number.

It is an extended language service for all Club members. See also the following text: "to all Club members for answers to all questions regarding the Clubs."

I rang the hot line last thursday and spoke in english to a very helpful man whom I gave my new credit card details to,he asked me how every thing was going,I mentioned my 2007 membership card not arriving,he said he would look into it,and 7 days to the day it arrived in the mail today,very impressive I must say
worse things happen at sea
