I have only been train modelling six mouths and I have had three failed loco's out of the severn I own. I have decided to look elswere ie Hag.
1] Will they run with the CS/MS or do they have to be altered.
2]Do they come with all the sounds and lights.
3]Can the couplers be change to marklin.
4]Were can I buy them in Germany.
5]Do they run ok and has anybody had problems with them |

Charles. Take you time before rushing into something new. HAG make great models and I have not had any trouble with the ones I have. As I have said before they are difficult to get and the usual German dealers mentioned on this forum do not sell them. There is however a dealer in England (Marno Models) They advertise in the Continental Modeller magazine.
HAG work fine with CS and MS and come with or without sound etc but take care you order the correct model and reference number. (see the HAG website)
Their coaches are also good but having had trouble with their moulds none of the EW1s will be available for some considerable time.
Do try to get some help from someone who can visit you and have a look at your layout and locos.
