Hello.
For the past few weeks, I've been having problems reversing direction on my analog 3088. (It used to work fine.)
Reversing from forward to backward is not a problem.
But if I reverse backward to forward, I get a kind of power surge, with a sudden backward acceleration... like if I suddently accelerate to max in the backward direction.
Of course this sudden acceleration causes the train behind to jump off the tracks.
I changed the reverser return spring (to a new), but that didn't help.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Phil

Nb: my other locos on the same powered track do not have problem, so we can exclude a problem related the transfo reverse voltage

Google " Märklin Reversing Units (aka Relays) - Tips and Tricks (part 2)"
There is a video by "The 3rd Rail" that explains in detail the possible issues that might cause that behavior.

Best regards
