I have a few of the recent Sggrs80 type containers cars where one of the small plates which cover the centre pivoting bogie have come loose.
Has anybody else had this problem and how did they manage to pop the folding plate back in place?

I have had the same issue and as I recall I was able to line that part up and just snap it back into place with finger pressure.

I have almost all Märklin and mostly HO, although I do have a small number of Z gauge trains!
So many trains and so little time.

Yes, but they just fall off again on some curves, and grades.

What I have done to reduce this from happening is to put a small amount of clear silicon underneath the plates where the retaining clips are.
