This kind of decoder (Decoderwerk 30205) Märklin switch, how do I program it to central station 3, is there any advice?

Hi,
With these type of decoders you press the ”prog” button and then activate the switch defined in your controller. The switch will probably reply with some switching back and forth.
Start by setting up the switch and give it an address in CS3
Press the ”prog”
Turn the switch, CS3 will send the command to the switch
The switch will respond in some way to acknowledge
You may have to test both DCC and MM protocols
