Dear Marklin Users,
I purchased a very nice loco #3795 BR 03.1022 from EBay. It arrived without the nosecone and the distinct numbers on the nosecone. I cannot seem to find this part anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas? The seller is disinterested in helping.

Beware of eBay Sally, rather certain seller's. If you paid with PayPal or credit card you may be able to dispute the sale and get a refund. eBay also warrants certain items guaranteed as described by the seller.

File a claim with eBay. Unless the item was shown or described as missing the part you should get your money back.
