Does a Marklin 60975 decoder need to be programmed before it will function? I just finished installing one but my Mobile Station 2 won't find it in MFX, it finds it in MM2, while it's finding it in MM2 the front light goes on for 3-4 seconds then flashes once and then the loco starts moving forward at a very slow speed but I have no control over it. This is only my second conversion but I'm 99% sure the install wired correctly.
