Just wondering if there are any Australian members here who might have a Piko SmartProgrammer?

I have a XP 5.1 decoder factory OEM from my BR93 that failed just under a year from purchase, apparently it has lost its firmware which can be resolved with the SmartProgrammer.

I tried sending it back under warranty to Germany twice and both times it was returned by customs despite our best efforts.

My options are to either sell it as is or to get the firmware re-loaded and hope it doesn't fail again.
