I see announcements are out for the 2025 Kolls Katalog.
Note that this will be the last Kolls katalog.
Bit expensive though at Euro 44. Certainly available at Modellbahn-Kramm and Matschke, probably others as well.

Yes, expensive and will be obsolete in a few years because of market changes etc.

As a price catalogue that is true, but as a research tool for correctly identifying Marklin models without boxes (or sometimes with the wrong box) it is invaluable. It is not perfect and there are claims that some of the information is incorrect, but I have not come across this in my years of using the books. |

I received the 2025 Koll's Kompakt today; through Amazon.de it was US$69.49 including DHL shipping to the US. Shipping was US$24 of that (ugh) but as the "final" version, for research I decided to go for it since my youngest full version is the 1996 and my youngest Spezial is 2010; I now have a reference for the last 15 years' items.

I bought the compact 2025 in Kramm. The shipping is expensive and the catalogue could have a bigger font so it was easier to read. All else it is very good.
They could launch a reedition of the 2018 without the prices, or even just the initial chapters and the Photos.

Is is only being published in the compact form for this final edition?

Is is only being published in the compact form for this final edition? Yes, he has published only the compact edition since 2019, the 2018 editions were the last with photos and special products editions.

Many thanks, I didn't know that. I have full editions of all for 2010. Will get this last one.

Sad that no one has picked up the ball on continuing this quite valuable service.
It would seem that in the digital age, and with online auctions such as eBay, it would be relatively easy to continue the service. Of course it would be totally on-line.
Not being a computer geek, I'm not sure how much work it would be. But presumably, the data base is already computerized somewhere. Of course, a connection with Marklin would be necessary for accurate information on new releases etc.
