Reference here "opening roof, gravity unloading" (about 2/3 of the way down the page): https://de-m-wikipedia-org.trans...r_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=sc The 2-axle version is like this example, although this particular model is Era V. Not sure if Märklin made an Era III version https://www.maerklin.de/en/products/details/article/46301 A start at least. Others may have more info.
