Both Telex couplers on my 39902 are both open (sticking up) when power is applied to the track. When power is stopped they both go to the closed position. All other functions on the loco are fine. Problem occurs with both my CS1 and MS2. Kind of odd?

Thanks!

Hi Ken
I would try a locomotive reset to factory settings (easy with your MS2).
Also check the mapping of fonctions or have it checked by your dealer using a CS3 (I have a CS1 that has not received any update since 2009 and its probably the same with you unless it is a reloaded version by ESU). The MS2 cannot check the mapping but only CS2s and CS3s
Cheers

Thanks Jean. I tried the reset to no avail; problem persists. I deleted and re-installed the loco; problem persists. I'll just take the loco to my dealer and I'll check it on his CS2. If that doesn't work the loco will be taking an all expense paid trip to Germany!
