Just one of my Silly Wild A-- Guesses, but it appears, and I use that word with some hesitation, as I am not a Fleischmann expert (nor for our Mother M for that matter ), that is in some way connected to a Limited Edition from Fleischmann "90 Years Mitropa". However there are some inconsistencies from the images available on the web: the lok is different - BR 39 vs T 18 (although BR 39 available separately) and 3 schlafwagen vs 2 (although an extra green schlafwagen also available separately). So, I hope this at least gets the research juices flowing! It is a start anyway! |

Quote:Fleischmann had 39 204.
Can you post a close up of the locomotive so that I can see more details? Well... the Fleischmann P10 in early Ep.II was 39 105 or 39 062, depending on the production year. https://www.modellbau-wi...0#Nenngr.C3.B6.C3.9Fe_H0But it is possible to add number plates... Me too, I would like a lot to see the locomotive in a close up photo.

Wolfram, Yes indeed it’s BR39 in Prussian Green RAL 6008 & Rotbraun RAL 8012 livery with 39 062 ( No Round Eagle ) rectangular shild ! Since set has arrived to me without original instructions or box as a second hand model I was hoping to get Fleischmann catalog number or something. You guys are awesome.., Mike C thanks for links … I truly appreciate your support and advice. P.S. I am at the moment away from home so will take snapshots when get back to my home ( and maybe video on Roco Smart Rail to see how Sound is working) Sincerely, Marklineisenbahn

The locomotive is model number 413801 BR 39 062 (413871 with DCC Sound). It looked in the photo like it could be 042, which is why I asked for a close up photo. Last year of production was 2009

In the photo of the 1st post, I can see that there are some instruction-sheet underneath the clear plastic insert of the locomotive... No references there at all??? |

Whichever item number it is, it is a very nice set with original box and excellent condition. My Fleischman catalogue from 1992 doesn't have it, so it's older.
