Hi everyone,

I went to a hobby shop a few months ago here in Perth and made an impulse purchase of 2 x 6201 Fleischmann distant signals (equivalent to the old Märklin 7038).

What attracted me to these signals was how the mechanism that makes them work were concealed in such a small space and how well made they are.

But now comes the challenge, how do I connect these to Märklin digital system I have and make them work with the Central Station 3.

I already figured out that the black and grey wires make the lights work, so this would be the brown and yellow wire for Märklin. Then you have a red, green and orange wire. I did try connecting like I would a Märklin signal but it didn’t really work well.

So I thought I would see if anyone else here has used these signals and see how they installed them.

Regards,

Eddie

They are connected like a Märklin 7038- only different colours.

Although this is for N gauge it should be similar for H0.
Best regards
