Not as separate files.

But you can take the decoder projects and extract/open the files using a Zip tool eg 7-zip or similar.
First, extract the files and then go to the "Soundbibliothek" folder and open the folder called "eigeneBibliothek" (using a file explorer tool E.g File Explorer)
then copy the sound files into the folder "eigeneBibliothek" using the same folder structure
when you start the mdecodertool after that, the files will be available there in the eigeneBibliothek folder

in the mdecodertool you can click on Settings and Program to find the paths where the Soundbibliothek files are located on your computer.

So you mean I unzip the decoder project file in sound library? For example, Märklin 39006 is the BR01 Christmas locomotive. I unzip M39006_BR01.mdtp file and then copy the individual sound files to eigeneBibliothek folder?

Yes, and you can of course use any sound from any project, including LGB etc. But it's recommended to keep the file structure and keep the sound files together with the configuration files that are also in the same folder.
eg copy the whole "Souds" folder from the project to the "eigeneBibliothek" folder, and the mdecodertool tool will read the subfolders etc.
I have done this quite a lot, including with the Christmas songs and used several of them in the same locomotive.

You may find the sounds are already there. Be worth checking first.

Hundreds of sound files in German language so it is not easy to locate.
