The CS3 will allow you hands on operations from the cab of Marklin locomotives by going into loco edit, set-up and operations. One of the options under that for mfx+ locomotives is for "maintenance facility". Which I believe are designed to work with designated facilities such as for sanding, coaling, or water for steam locos. Does anyone know which facilities those are?

It depends on the Loco type. Of course Electrics should only have a sand facility, but I have not used it enough to notice if the facility icons are different per type. If you set the operation for "with' use of them, when coal or water is low, the Loco will slow to a stop. Same for sand, and for fuel of a diesel.

Märklin could release how to videos about the World of Operation feature. I would like it preferably translated (I know there is automatic translation, but that's only a limited approach).
