I saw them scurrying around pretty much everywhere I went in Germany 50 years ago. I did a little net research to try to find out what the V60 and its derivatives were replaced with as they were taken out of service: there was mention of heavy rangierloks, low-emissions rangierloks, etc but I gathered that none of the replacements is/was as ubiquitous as the V60s were. Is that true? - vince
