Carl R. from New Jersey is the man with a plan.
He purchased a very detailed plan (big binder) of a 3 level Marklin HO layout from Germany a couple of years ago.
He then followed it up with a nice Marklin HO starter set, and then he set off on a fascinating journey to construct this fairly sophisticated layout.
His workmanship is meticulous, and, hopefully, his layout building blog will serve both inspirational and educational.
