been on marklin to find Instructions on 34450 also on internet i can only find a tine exploded diagram

Ave Hess,

The Instructions of the Insider BR 45 (37450 Digital code 45 & 34450 Delta code 78) are the same,
but you will not find this on the net in pdf (well, at the moment).

Maybe one day in pdf ou on ebay.de the paper ... I think i did see that one time, not sure.

The closest I ever found (& downloaded the pdf) was of the Instructions of the BR 45 004 (37452 Digital Code 45),
basically the same what concerns the maintenance of the model.

If you care for it, I can upload it.

body removal is always very straight forward on Marklin locos. There will be one or two screws on the underside usually in the middle and it will just lift off.
You shouldn't need to remove the bosy to service the BR45 in any case, it has a maintenance free maxxon motor. You just need a drop of oil on each axle and that is it I believe.
