Hi, bought this loco in DC analog as it was not available in AC analog, ought some spare parts to convert it to digital which was a complete waste of time and money, as the front bogie and back axle can be used either DC or AC,
I've added an ESU sound decoder and changed the wiring which took me while to find out which solder pad to use, eventually with a multi meter I've located the 2 solder pads and the decoder reacted to ny programming,
the sound version of this loco comes with a Zimo decoder which I cannot program hence the change to an ESU sound decoder.
the loco has 2 head lichts front & rear, a gear light and also a cab light which seem to be standard., it has 2 supplied fireman , the loco weighs 295g

I normally don't buy Roco steam locos but being a tank loco it suits me fine as it does not differentiates from any Märklin tank loco., it has 2 rubber tyres and contact to the track on all axles
its a nice detailed model and all I need is suitable carriages for it., running characteristics are superb as previous Roco tank locos (ÖBB Rh 93),
I've paid Euro 247.43, I think the sound version was over Euro 400.00
All in ll I'm very happy with it
