Good morning everyone,

I've been following this forum for a while now & have solved a number of issues by looking up previous questions & answers, so thanks for previous posters, but am now stuck.

I have recently acquired the Henschel-Wegman 26610 set which is lovely & I really like & knew the loco was not running & needed work.

However, on inspection the loco has been gutted & I need to source a transmission unit (230456), a C -sine motor (230457) & decoder (100024). Can't find any suppliers with stock of these.

Does anyone know how I can find these parts?

Is there an alternative way to solve this? I still run some analogue & delta as well & would be happy to convert it to those if full digital parts not available. What drivetrain & motor alternatives might work?

Any help appreciated

Kind regards,

Rich

Buy a working loco. Maybe in a different livery (39618 or 39619).

SB Modellbau.
Click this:
https://www.sb-modellbau.com/
Click on Union flag.
Then search for 26610. (Direct link not working.)
Regards
Tom
