Dear All

I am wanting to upgrade my Marklin DB 101 (P/N 37396) with the Marklin MSD3 kit (P/N 60977). My question is do the LED lighting PCB's in the loco have resistors on them or do I require an additional resistor from the decoder board when connecting to the LED lighting PCB.

Andy by using one of these you can just plug your decoder in. This board has all the resistors built into it for the proposed conversion you have in mind.

You will need extra resistors.
