I am getting back into Marklin HO after 20 years. I have a layout that was set up with the old 6021 Motorola using K83s for turnouts. My three ways are set up with two machines connected to two addresses in the k83. How do I set up that with the CS3? Do I put both machines at one address? Thank you.

I do not have a CS3, but a CS2. In the CS2 case you go to the Keyboard screen Edit mode and add a new switch at your desired address within a group of 4 having the next address free as well. Once you define it as a 3 way switch it automatically sets up the second address. I assume the CS3 setup will be very similar.

Welcome! K83's aren't MFX, correct? I didn't have any before, so when I upgraded to CS3 from a 6021, I got M83's.

Yes, you have to set the dip switch for each one. Doesn't pay to upgrade because they are all set already.
