Marklin ho Lufhtansa express Eurofima coaches - Does anyone own a set?

Joined: 10/02/2021(UTC) Posts: 3,139 Location: Michigan, Troy		I am curious if the interior details are as nice as the Roco models. They have very deatiled seats with airline style arm rests. Are the Marklin ones as plain as many of their other coaches? Thank you!

Joined: 28/11/2007(UTC) Posts: 7,898 Location: Montreal, QC		There is no difference between the Maerklin "Lufthansa Express" Eurofima coaches and the other 28cm models of similar models. The Roco ones are exact scale and have interior details made up of plastic parts with varying colours. The Roco models inherited this in the 1980s from the earlier Ade models. Today, similar quality interior design can be found in models from LS Models, ACME and a few other companies, but the interior of the most recent Maerklin models still remind me of Liliput models from the 1970s in terms of plastic and look.
