The limit of 250 locomotives to control is independent of this. - Bug Fix: An error in the mfx mapping to the flip-flops has been fixed - Bug Fix: Master-Slave with CS3: If an icon is requested from the CS3, the icon name was transferred incorrectly. That has been corrected. - Bug Fix: An extension for the mfx test for the mfx working group. - Bug Fix: An error in the ABV calculation has been fixed. It could happen that a started ABV was not always completed correctly and continued after an action. - Bug Fix: If an accessory was created in the layout, incorrect settings could be included. That has been fixed. - Bug Fix: With LGB accessory decoders, the switching direction can now be switched in the mfx output properties. Support for the new Mobile Station to ensure delivery capability. This includes handling the additional update image, determining and updating the correct hardware version of the MS2 and delivering the update file for the MS2. MS2 update to version 3.146 - Bug Fix: Display errors were investigated and the description of the display changed so that they no longer occur. - Bug Fix: The display of the direction of travel of a locomotive could be wrong as long as it was not running. This bug has been fixed. - Bug Fix: In some operating situations, the STOP status was not displayed correctly. Spots found have been corrected. - After a software update, an MS2 now automatically requests the correct status of the operating and update files. - The update and language files in the MS2 file system are now displayed with the version number. This allows you to check whether they are outdated or up-to-date. - The backlight can be adjusted in the system menu. This makes it easier to set up the MS2 for use in buildings or outdoors. - The allocation of resources has been optimized, creating space for further bug fixes. The behavior of the SW is unchanged. - Due to the general situation on the market for electronic components, the MS2 had to be revised in order to continue being produced. To support this new hardware platform, all variants have been adapted and provided with the respective update capability.

Joined: 18/11/2007(UTC) Posts: 106		A little Information regarding Marklin 60653 / 60657 & Trix 66950 / 66955 - MS 2 : If your MS2 - unit shows the following : 1 : Shows strange or wrong "Characters" in the MS2 Display Screen 2 : When your MS2 boot's up and the MS2 Display Screen shows strange behavior. Boot up your CS 3 / 3 or CS 2 Press and hold down the "red" regulator-knob on the MS2 - Unit while you at the same time insert the MS2 - Cable into a CS 3 / 3+ or a CS 2 - Unit i the front of CS 3 / 3+ or CS 2. It is better to be 2 persons when you do this ( Call the Wife - she will be happy to help you with this little problem of yours ) This will force the MS2 - Unit to Boot into "Bootloader"-Mode and your CS 3 / 3+ or CS 2 will "announce" there is an Update for the MS2-Unit When Updating the MS2 in Bootloader-Mode the whole MS2 - System Software will be re-installed on your MS2 - Unit. This form of MS2 - Update can take up to 10 - 15 minuttes to perform, let your MS2 - Unit be attached to CS 3 / 3 or CS 2 under the whole Update-Procedure When the "Märklin"-logo is shown on your MS2 - Unit again the MS2 - Unit is ready for Operation with CS 3 / 3+ or CS 2 and the Märklin 60116 / 60114 / 60113 / 60112 - MS2 Connection Boxes. Update of a Märklin 60116 / 60114 / 60113 / 60112 - MS2 Connection Box to a newer GFP-version ( Latest Version is V1.47 ) can be done from within from the MS2 System-menu, when a New GFP-Version is supplied by Marklin.
