Z gauge glass lift, about an hour to make, so will do another 2 for the other platforms. Just a bit of mostly 1mm square styrene strips for a bit of internal steel frame work, then sprayed aluminium colour which works well through the tinted glazing.

Glazing is some 0.5mm polarising film (plastic sheet) which I have used elsewhere, with a few scored lines to break up the surface to look like panels of glass, and an inner glass box for the lift itself. Just have to make sure all of this polarising film on the layout is orientated the same way or it will look black.

Actually this would be an addition most could easily build. Just use some clear packaging off our over packaged goods for the glazing. Maybe paint the framework a darker colour with clear glass.

Centre lift with doors open, and the last lift will have the doors closed. If one carefully bends the scored line, from scalpel blade, the plastic will hold together to fold around the structure, and bond with a touch of solvent.

I usually buy what I need, but sometimes completely unrelated items solve a problem very nicely.
