It looks like a B 131 or 132 (at least from what I can tell from my ‘62/63 catalog, although the color is not quite exact). Note, however the wall interior in your last photo reads “Nr. 131,” so maybe there was a color change later on (or earlier if pre 1962). Both kits are described as a section foreman’s house. The 131 came with a built in bell and measured 4 1/8 x 3 1/2 x 2 7/8 while the 132 was slightly smaller, at 3 7/8 x 2 15/16 x 2 3/4.

From the Faller catalogues I have, this is the article B132 although on these catalogues from 1960 until 1970, the house upper walls are wood color (brown/beige)
On the 1959 catalogue (Page 9), the model is labelled B131 (Bahnwärterhaus) with brown/red brick walls. The 131 article is the same already assembled and with an electric bell
