I was browsing the current issue of Continental Modeller (not sure if it is the November or December issue) in my local W. H. Smiths today and found an announcement that Gaugemaster have taken over the business of Train-Tech as of the beginning of November 2021. It wasn't clear to me if they are going to continue the product name or absorb it into the Gaugemaster name, but the guy who was doing the electronic design work is apparently going with the business to Gaugemaster. The way the article read the Train-Tech business was an offshoot of another business that made various electronic parts, and it is just the Train-Tech part of the business that is transferring to Gaugemaster.
