Joined: 26/01/2021(UTC) Posts: 21 Location: North Somerset		Just an accolade here since I don't really do any other social media... I bought a couple of sets of ESU propane gas tank cars and a load of AC wheelsets to go with them from MSL a few weeks ago. While swapping over the wheelsets I managed to pop out some of the tiny little brass bearings in the bogies and lost one. I emailed ESU to ask if they sold replacement bearings, and without telling me, they posted me a complete replacement bogie assembly instead - completely free of charge! I'm super made up! I love the tank cars, which look great with my existing Trix and Märklin ones and ESU have gone right up in my estimations.

Joined: 10/02/2021(UTC) Posts: 3,142 Location: Michigan, Troy		Fleischmann sent me a replacement gear once for ny br 610 railcar that got destroyed by sand I used on my former layout. Never use it, even if you glue it down.
