Hi Users. I want to create some inventory for sitting passengers in my old Märklin set 3071, see attached pictures. I will make the inventory in thin plywood and balsa and giver it spray paint afterwards. It will be great help if any of you will take the time send me some pictures if you are the owner of a newer series of this train set with inventory from factory. It will be a great inspiration for me to making this Inventory. I am not sure that this is the right group for this request, so please guide me to another group if that is the case. Regards Ole from Denmark

Regards Ole from Denmark Hello Ole, I built interior furniture in my 3071 conversion last year but I am yet to post the story to this group. Unfortunately the specific interior furniture spare parts for the later series (shown at intruder's site below) have long become unavailable and you need to modify some other sources for yourself to fit if using plastic as distinct from your plans in wood. I found these sites useful : http://translate.google....tag/tee/&prev=searchalso : https://www.marklin-users.net/intruder/ (see the part referring to digital conversion re 3071 - it shows interior details added) and here are some brief extract images from my own conversion story that is yet to be told: Regards, PJ
