Does anyone have a Marklin 37177 NS 1600 series loco (yellow/Black paint scheme) or 37219 (red Railion paint scheme) that would mind taking a photo of the LED array the illuminates the headlights please, and how the wiring connects to it.

I am fitting an msd/3 decoder to a 3326 analogue version which has the old type 2 pin lamps for headlights. That part works fine, but I am confused by the Marklin description of the additional functions for the head lamps. The additional functions are wired through seperate outputs to the normal F0 connections and I am wondering if it is worth getting the LED boards and how the functions display on the loco.

If anyone with the loco is prepared to post a video as well, that would be extra help.

TIA
Alan

Making my own or fitting Marklin supplied ones, I still need to understand how they are connecting them up and how the functions are supposed to work.

I also have another query, there is a function for cab lighting. Does this turn on lights in both cabs, or just one, based on direction of travel?
