Hi all,

I experienced a nice surprise when I found a partial Santa Fe F7 (3060) in the belongings of my deceased uncle.
In the interior my uncle has written the cryptical text "Ansicht eines Clowns" (Opinions of a clown), and a date 2nd of October 1963.



It is the title of a book that was published in 1963. But why write it on the inside of the loc....?

Anyway, I decided to restore the loc, upgrade with a Loksound decoder and ordered the missing motor.
I added colour to the loc number signs and will install separate led lights for front light, mars light and cabin lighting.



Today's main question:
I once saw a video where the loc number backlight flashes when the horn sounds.
Was that the case for the EMD F7's as well? Is there some reference info?
