I don't know for CS3 and 4750, but it should be very similar to the CS2.
1) each signal of the 4750 is equivalent to Viessmann 4725
2) you need a viessmann decoder 52292, in order to plug both signals and manage them with the CS, or 2 x 5229 decoders
3) then each main signal needs 2 consecutive address (red, green, yellow), and each advanced signal needs also 2 consecutive address (red, green, yellow)
4) look at the doc of the 52292, especially section 7; each advanced signal is the same as 4721 ; depending on the switches set on the 52292 (see section 8) you can program independently addresses for main and advanced signal.

On my layout, I have a number of 4725 signals, and addresses of main and advanced are consecutive (i.e 4 consecutive addresses for one complete signal). All signal management is done by computer.
And finally, on the CS2 I use icons named "Scale Color Lights", and "Old multidecoder" with DCC protocol. You'll have to find equivalent for the CS3.
