Hi
I’ve just got a ROCO 63753 AC. Two units, two motors, 12 motorized axles, no sound.I use a CS3 to run it.
I think it got a MOTOROLA 10738 decoder.
The problem is when changing direction,it does not change the driving /back lights
I know the lights are working.
Can I change something in the setup or configuration menu on the CS3 to solve this?

I'd try changing the mode.
This happens sometimes when you try to control a loco with a Motorola 27 speed step with Motorola 14 step ...or vice versa

Hi Geir
The little I know is the Decoder 10738 is Roco one for AC, it is now discontinued. It has a 6 pins interface
Here is some info about it https://www.eurorailhobbies.com/...;sc=HO&stock=R-10738
So apparently the decoder is working but only the lights on one side are working (white and red) while the other side is not. Is this correct?
Are both motors working?
Cheers
Jean

PS here is a description of the decoder

A programming key on the decoder initiates theprogramming process. On the Motorola* digital controller (6020, 6021), the address, initial voltage, acceleration and deceleration can be set with a simple sequence of keystrokes. Large code tables and dip switches are a thing of the past. The current decoder version is also suitable for controlling Roco AC double locomotives.Technical data:

2 switchable, direction-dependent function line-outs + 1 additional function line-out, (load 180 mA) (e.g. smoke generator).
Load on motor line-out: 1,1 A continuous
Total decoder load 1.2 A; switch impulse max. 46, 5 Volt
Shunting activated with F3
Braking section recognition
For Delta operation with Motorola** devices, directional alternation of headlight can be activated by setting register 50 (cannot be switched off)
Various versions with max. dimensions: 27x16x6,5 mm (LxWxH).
NEM interface connection.
Address 03, range 1-80; initial voltage 04, range 1-64; acceleration 06, range 00-63;braking 04, range 01-63; maximum speed 01, range 01-63.
