I received and email today from Reynauld Euro Imports regarding a Brawa clearance sale because of the corona virus. I've attached the email below. Some of the loco's have a nice discount.

I've never bought or run a Brawa engine. Do they run OK on Marklin track? Is the quality descent?

I only own Marklin so I'm hesitant to try Brawa....

Since mid-January, the CORONA virus is affecting people and the economy in Asia. The overall impact on global supply chains is only slowly becoming apparent. Needless to say, our industry is not excluded from these effects. The BRAWA company is affected directly from the consequences as well. Unfortunately, delays in there production and logistics chain are to be expected. Postponements will most likely occur and will be unavoidable in the near future this is why Brawa has decided to sell-off a good portion of there stock. Many items will sell out fast. Take advantage of this incredible sale!!

Hi, I received it too.
I own several Brawa locos, and yes, they run ok on M tracks and quality is good.
I usually buy models that are not in M line and must say that I am happy with them.

Some of the prices are pretty amazing. I have already taken advantage of this.

Brawa locomotives have the highest level of detail. Their Marklin versions will vary from model to model as far as running characteristics go.

edit: some good deals, unfortunately the model I want is not on sale.

Off hand I can't tell you which European dealer has great offers for Brawa models as well but I came across at least 3 but the prices aren't as low as Reynolds.
