Hi

I am doing all my decoder programming with the mDT3 software and 60971 decoder programmer.

I want to program some decoders that are not easy to take of the loco, with the CS3 on the programming track.

I can't do it because the programming arrow in the mDT3 software is not activated.

Of course the loco is on the programming track etc.

The question is:
Which is the exact procedure to program a decoder
1. with the mDT3 software
2. with a USB stick

I have done that with CS2 but is different

Thanks in advance

Costas

Are you sure using the mDT3 software?
https://www.maerklin.de/...3msd3/mdecodertool-mdt3/

or did you accidentally download the mDT software?
https://www.maerklin.de/...mldmsd/mdecodertool-mdt/

Here I found a special manual about the Decodertool mDT/3. Unfortunately only in German.

https://www.maerklin.de/...oderTool3_A5_Deutsch.pdf

The standard manual you find here

https://static.maerklin....c90826c1de1464620537.pdf

Be aware, all these tools are only usable for the decoders listed inside of the manuals.
