Hi !

Recently came across a nice steam loco ( 34881 / DB BR 44 ) which in has the DELTA DIGITAL system. Will this work with my layout / Mobile Station 60657 ) which recognizes MFX, MM2 and DCC protocols ?Confused

Yes, it will work fine. Anything Delta will work in MM mode, you are just limited in the number of addresses, and the only function is likely to be the head lights.

Most of my Delta loks can be operated on digital using the 4 available Motorola addresses, but AFAIR there is no function (lights) and they are on all the time. My experience based on my original 3434/34341/34344/34345 and 3460 (34619/32/33/etc) type models.
