Write a mail to these dealers, maybe they can help you. Anyway is your toy from 1935, quite an oldie and expensive. Saw somewhere a price of 650 € for your steaming machine. But it is a very nice one.

This part is identical to Meccano part #132 , available from Joel Perlin in California :

You may need to adapt the diameter of the axle...

I have a part like that here, so if you tell me the diam of your axle I can check it for you

PM Research sells flywheels of various sizes.
So they may have a close one.
