Can anyone tell me what might be the problem with markli locomotive that runs good but also hesitateswhen going around the track. Only near a switch it like not getting enough electric. Track is clean , locomotive wheels are clean.

So many possibilities..

Worn brushes or slider..

Motor full of dust.. Hard oil... Perhaps it needs some oil..

Has it been serviced recently..

That is not enough, you have to clean also loco's axles inside body in many locos have poor contact inside body.
I use electronics cleaning aerosol and in most cases it helps especially old and small locos.
