I have made the mistake of programming a Viessmann motor and decoder inside the circuit and now the Märklin tracks decoders, including a K83, do not work for me. Does anyone know if they will have broken down?
Can they be reset?

Hi
I don't know exactly what you did but seems to me it is not a big problem.
To program these Viessmann Switch motors / decoders you must "play" with the connection blue/red and Blue/green while the unit is connected to digitalwires which is a purely local issue.
The other digital items even though "listening" to your programming should not be affected.
You may have
- either disconnected by accident the rest of your layout
- or changed the operation mode (motorola / MFX to DCC)
