GmbH Reparaturservice Stuttgarter Str. 55-57 D-73033 Göppingen Tel.: 0049 (0) 7161 608222 Fax: 0049 (0) 7161 608225 E-Mail: service(at)maerklin.de A note in English or German must explain the fault Be prepared to wait (3 months). It may be as expensive as purchasing a 2nd hand one I use this only for "big" problems (CS2, etc). Notes - if the speed control fault is only the button you may find replacement knob on ebay - there are also non-Marklin but certified repair shops in Germany Sorry I don't know the situation in the UK Cheers Jean

If you bought it in the UK fairly recently then you are due a replacement. Sale of Goods act in the UK will give you any info you need.
		Take care I like Marklin and will defend the worlds greatest model rail manufacturer.
