In order to connect the the CS3 to my computer using an Ethernet cable I understand that I need the IP address of the CS3 to type into to my internet browser.

Please I could be advised how to find out the address if this is the solution?

I need to solve this so that I can load my loco pictures.

With DHCP it should search automatic IP adress with an router.
Check in your PC/Mac if it stand DHCP.
Go to CS3 system settings and click on the icon IP.

I have solved the problem. Once I connected the CS3 to the internet I obtained its IP address and my browser connected with address 192.168.1.6.

I was able to upload the photos of my locos and found that you can display and use the CS3 via the display on my laptop. All very impressive.

Connecting to RocRail software was also very easy using the settings for the CS2. On RocRail the settings are noted as mcs2..

I am now a very happy bunnie. When the link S88 device is received I should be able to connect to my S88 feedback sensors.
